The vision of Mr Yash Vardhan in his own words is, “during my college years I always had a strong desire to do something that should elevate life of the people of my country. I had a feeling that this could be achieved by introducing professional studies which can create vast job opportunities. At that time the concept of professional education was limited to Medical and Dental Education Colleges. Today I am proud to realize my dreams. Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University is on the way to establish 'group of Educational Institutions' imparting education in the field of Medical, Nursing, Technical, Management and other fields of education.” He is of a strong opinion that Uttarakhand has very hardworking and dedicated workforce, all they need is proper motivation and education. Management education shall ensure a secured future to the students and shall undoubtedly ensure that hard earned money of the parents is put to the best use. He commits that, “as Chancellor of Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University, I assure you that you shall be provided with the best of professional atmosphere. We have taken great care in recruiting experienced and dedicated teaching faculty. They shall guide you to a new future full of promises. Prof. Dr. Himanshu Aeran – Vision & Leadership

Prof. Dr. Himanshu Aeran is a distinguished academician, administrator, and Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthodontist with an illustrious career spanning over 35 years. Dr. Aeran holds an MDS in Prosthodontics from the prestigious King George's Medical College, Lucknow, along with Master's degrees in Hospital Administration (MHA) and Business Administration (MBA), making him uniquely equipped to lead both academic and healthcare institutions with a strategic, multidimensional approach.

Dr. Aeran is a prolific researcher with over 245 scientific publications, editorial roles in 14 journals, and more than 95 keynote lectures to his credit. Beyond academics, he has led over 1,200 community health and dental camps, reaching more than 2 lakh underserved individuals, and has played a crucial role in public health awareness, tobacco cessation, and mucormycosis rehabilitation.
A visionary with a deep commitment to service and academic excellence, Dr. Aeran brings to the university a leadership style grounded in ethics, innovation, and a lifelong dedication to societal progress.

Centers of Excellence & Research - We aim to establish Centers of Excellence in Oral Health, Community Healthcare,

Digital Learning, and Natural Sciences—promoting applied research that solves real-world problems.

His focus is on collaborative global education system for greater impetus to academic excellence at Subharti. Blessed with energy of logic, he is firm believer in continuous research and innovation to identify and execute never ways for real value addition to students' growth. Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University today can proudly boast of many clubs like culture, fine arts, dance, recreation, sports etc ensuring the university as a hub of academic and human excellence. He works closely with students to ensure they get the support for new ideas, research and innovation at Subharti. His success mantra is to dream big and focus on achieving that dream, I feel it is also a minute of hard work, perseverance, support of destiny and blessings from the allrighty.
